Congratulations Mr. West

It hasn’t been a great couple of years for Kanye West. One, his mother unfortunately passed away due to complications from plastic surgery. Secondly, his relationship with his then fiance was broken up. Then last, and the most recent, his backlash for interrupting Taylor Swift during her VMA acceptance speech (which I believe he was wrong for doing but he was just stating what everyone thought). With all these negative bullets being shot at him, they still haven’t been able overshadow his musical talent. His first album ,The College Dropout, appears in the top 10 of nearly every “best music of 2000′s” list and his latter 3 aren’t far from it. So with that, I want to say thank you Mr. West for giving us some great music this decade and I can’t wait to hear what’s in store for the next.
Branded: Vespanomics

Why don’t you just get a car? Why do you want to waste money on that? You won’t be able to get any dates with that. Oh, freaking well! I want a Vespa and that is that…an LXV 150 to be exact.
Where did this love flourish for the Italian scooter company, you ask? Well, that’s a fantastic question? It began at a young age. When I was around 5 or 6, I remember being taught how to ride a two-wheel bike from my father. The experience wasn’t extraordinary. There was a lot of falling, a lot of crying, and a lot of trying again until I finally got it. Something I do remember during our biking session was a kid around my age had bypassed the “pleasure” of learning how to ride a two wheel bicycle to hopping on a scooter and whizzing pass us.
Jealousy. That was the first time I experienced that emotion, as a watched him zoom in and out of buildings while my body zoomed in and out of pain because of my bruised knees, I knew that one day I would have a scooter. For most, the scooter fascination either dies or gets transformed to a fascination with motorcycles, but that never happened to me and now here we are.
Don’t own a car. Don’t really want to because my sight is on a Vespa. Besides the beautiful design, I’ve also fell in love with how it will benefit the environment, as well as my pockets. 2.3 gallons fill up its tank. It will run nearly 75 miles from one gallon of gas. Parking will be a breeze. The list goes on and on.
Now all I have to do is save.

Julian and Spotlight go solo for new PR video
Jinc Ent-”Super Jerk”
“Milking the cow.” Even though negative connotations arrive from the word; I try not to view it as a bad thing. If the utter is full, someone is going to have to milk it and whoever milks it first will have the better source of Vitamin D. So jerking has exploded everywhere and I have had direct contact with the cow and she says her utters are in pain. The Jinc Ent and the Power Ranger$ have all gone Hollywood on us. Jinc has released a new jerk video, that is less jerking and more video called super Jerk. And the Power Ranger$ have a CD (yes, a compact disc) on the to F.Y.E. stores around the nation. Check out the video for “Super Jerk.”
The Return of Jinc Ent
After being M.i.a. for about a month. The peoples of Jinc have blessed us with another video. CeeJay as always kills and the dude in the striped shirt is surprisingly kind of good.
Napapijri Motor Helmet

This would go great with my future scooter. Silky Smooth.
The Power Ranger$ Jerkin Off to Cliff Savage
Have you noticed that Jerkin’ is probably the most unpleasant name for a dance…like ever?” I’ve been Jerkin all day long. Man I’m about to go Jerk off with my crew.” It goes on and on. I’ve thought about it for a long time, as you can tell. Anyway the Power Ranger$, the dopest Jerkin Crew (since Jinc has only made on video), has done it again with their new video. The negro, Spotlight, has now taken the reigns as the best jerker of the group.
Thought on CNN’s Black in America 2

CNN has decided that the first Black in America wasn’t enough, so it hashed out a sequel. I don’t really remember much of the first series, but it raised my interest 1) because I’m black and 2) I live in America. “What did CNN know about me, that I didn’t” I thought to myself before viewing the two part series. From watching it, not much. It wasn’t so much that it wasn’t a well thought out television series, it was more that it wasn’t exactly what I had expected from it. For some odd reason, I was thinking that they would have polls and data about black people and I guess a timeline of “the black man’s rising.” Instead, it was show that followed a couple of black families and showed their stories, but not my story.
So here comes round 2, I’m definitely aware of what I am walking into, but still not because remember I forgot what the first one was about. As I sat on my couch and opened up a bag of popcorn, I was suddenly drawn into the 1 hour program (it was in fact 2 hour, but i didn’t feel like I would connect with the 2nd story so I stopped half-way). It was the tale of a group of kids from the less celebritized portions of New York and how their life had come to a sort of crossroads. Even though all these kids were in school and had no criminal problems, they had a lot to overcome being from inner city Brooklyn New York. One example was Latoya Massie who seemed to be an average middle schooler, but was once homeless with her mother who had disabilities and now they were receiving aid from the government to afford to live in their Brooklyn. Her and some fellow students were given the opportunity to travel to South Africa for “Journey for Change” a youth empowerment program set up by activist Malaak Compton-Rock (Chris Rock’s wife).
It was touching to see how viewing other families who were less fortunate than them gave them the drive to want to help more. They went to several homes of families who were affected by aids and others who didn’t have enough money to buy books and uniforms to go to school. Soledad O’Brian did an excellent job with the portrayel of growth amongst the youngsters, but in the end there wasn’t a happy send off. Although, Latoya Massie had left South Africa with a new vision and began excelling in classes, the other children had not yet unleashed that spark that they received through the program.
In the end, it kind of made me question on whether or not it was worth it. The whole point of the “Journey for Change” program was to inspire these kids do want to do more than just hope for a basketball scholarship or to just manage in life; it was to create future leaders. It’s still premature to say that program wasn’t able to affect these kids, but it was slightly disheartening to watch the end results.
Power Ranger$ July 22nd 2009
Even though, I may not like how some of them act towards past members, you can’t deny that when it comes to jerkin these little kids are showmen. Hands down one of the best jerkin groups out there. It used to be all about gimmicks but their footwork is on point and their energy seems to be on Cloud 9. Hopefully we still get a jerkin video from Jinc, but they seem to be busy. Recently, Jinc ent. were on 106th and Park with the New Boyz performing “You’re a Jerk.”
